  • Do  you take custom requests?  Yes, if you don't see what you are looking for or have a suggestion for a new product please email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • What shipping method do you use?  All orders ship First Class Mail unless you choose to upgrade your shipping during the checkout process to either USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Express Mail.
  • What if my order is lost in transit and I never receive it?  Once the post office picks up the package, the package becomes the property of the US Postal Service. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or stolen once delivered. If you are concerned that a package may be stolen once delivered, please consider having it delivered to an alternate address.
  • Who is responsible for Custom / Import Fees?  Buyers are responsible for any customs and or import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
