Q: Do you sell on other platforms?
A: Yes! In addition to our Shopify store, we also sell on TikTok, eBay, Pinterest, and Facebook/Instagram.

Q: Do you take custom requests?
A: Absolutely. If you don’t see what you’re looking for or have a suggestion for a new product, please email us at contact@glitzland.net and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail by default. At checkout, you may upgrade to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Express Mail for an additional cost, which will be clearly displayed before you place your order.

Q: What if my order is lost in transit and I never receive it?
A: Once the package is accepted by the USPS, it becomes their responsibility. We are not liable for packages lost in transit or stolen after delivery. If theft is a concern, we recommend using an alternate shipping address (such as your workplace or a P.O. box). For lost packages, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

Q: Who is responsible for customs/import fees on international orders?
A: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Glitzland does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount. We also are not responsible for delays caused by customs. For more details, please check with your local customs office.
